State of the art home automation solutions

Intellicasa was appointed in 2009 by the client and the interior designer, to install a smart home technological solution that included neutron lighting control, HVAC control, blind control, curtain control, AV installation for 12 rooms including the garden and tennis court. All this together with an AC system by Daikin that was specified for the master bedroom and lounge and was installed by Intellicasa. Further add-ons include two air source heat pumps for the hot water and swimming pool along with a solar panel on the roof for an eco-friendly solution in regards to energy consumption. In telecoms, smart home technology allowed the occupants to harness the latest state of the art home automation solutions to deliver a high quality of living as part of their full refurbishment project.

The smart home technology solution included full electrical installation, burglar alarm and CCTV installation that has been fully contracted to IntelliCasa at the same time. Lutron and Systemline have been the main control systems of the house. The multimedia kit is made of two SKY HD boxes, Apple AirPlay, Apple TV and 5 terra bites storage capacity I-merge for streaming movies and music around the house, with LCD touch screen panels in all 12 locations.
