Cutting-edge smart home automation solution

A cutting-edge smart home automation solution was integral to this client’s needs. The house installation was a mixture of Lutron QS Energy saving smart control lighting and roller blinds system, alongside the utilisation of the latest Crestron home processor for the smart AV equipment. The bespoke luxury cinema Room, with its latest 85-inch Ultra OLED HD TV was installed with the latest B&W surround sound system using the latest 7:1 Dolby sound making the movie scenes as exhilarating as the ones seen on actual cinema screen.

The Crestron 1060 touch panels have been coded to operate seamlessly, including control of multiple zones of underfloor heating. The ease of use and control via several methods, such as mobile phone and touch panels added a layer of ease of use for the occupants.

Crestron multi room amplifier system was installed to be used alongside Sonos connect, giving the users a wide choice of music and libraries in various zones around the house and the outside garden space.

The system features were designed by IntelliCasa to suit the client’s needs, such as the smart alarm system by Texecom, which can be set when “good night mode” has been selected for the ground floor areas to be totally secured and when “good bye” mode has been selected for the entire house to be alarmed. In addition, the alarm will send notifications to the users in case of intrusion via its native app or through Crestron using either remote Wi-Fi or 4G/5G network globally
