Savant home automation system

This smart home integration was designed and installed in 2005 by the Intellicasa team. The house was purchased with a view to a full technology overhaul given its age and its client's intentions to bring this into the 21st century.

Intellicasa’s proposal advised on a Savant system throughout, with full control of HVAC and lighting control, blinds and gate control as well as AV media throughout comprising iTunes libraries, Spotify, Sonos and other smart home features to develop a new cutting-edge system.

Its state of the art Lutron QS lighting control system was installed to give the client full control of smart lighting functionality throughout the house.
