Smart home entertainment solution

This stunning apartment was located on the 17th floor within a new build, luxurious, 21-storey residential building in Paddington, Central London overlooking the capital.

The client approached IntelliCasa for a smart home solution that reflected their lifestyle and needs as part of this new building. Lighting, climate control and a very comprehensive entertainment system were installed to give a wow factor to all the features installed.

The lighting design utilised the latest smart lighting technology from Lutron, which was implemented for, heating and cooling control throughout the apartment. Multiple audio/video distribution for the lounge, master bedroom and guest bedroom were also incorporated for a full experience.

The installation benefited from ceiling speakers for all of the rooms and a cutting edge, bombastic 5.1 surround system in the lounge.
