Fully automated smart home system

This development is comprised of seven luxury bedroom suites, a swimming pool and a tennis court to the rear of the garden. This property featured one of the most sophisticated Lutron QS processors that Intellicasa has installed to date. The home automation system controls over 150 lighting circuits, roller blinds, electronic swimming pool cover and further expansion to include full control of the security system.

The house is featuring a dedicated cinema room which was designed in a bespoke style by the Intellicasa team. This incorporated a 100-inch Stuart film screen and multimedia AV system made up of two Systemline S6.2 Multi-room Controllers along with 14 touch screen keypads serving several rooms inside and outside, colluding an audio system integrated into the tennis courts. This was a well thought out smart home solution for one of London’s finest new built properties with subtle design and maximum effect.

B&W in-wall ceiling speakers were installed throughout and a 4k /3D Wolf HD Pro-115-LT, Kaleidoscope movie server for the 7 Video zones to include the living room and cinema room along with multiple SKY HD boxes, multiple Apple TV units, radio DAB and mirage multi media player supporting Apple iTunes libraries, Spotify, Deezer etc. High definition, smart TVs including Panasonic and Sony were installed and incorporated into the central AV system.

The system was very well received, each family member enjoy various features of the system and use it effectively to enhance their everyday living.
