IntelliCasa is proud to announce the completion of a smart office solution for a renown global pharmaceutical company for it's new UK based headquarters. This new project is a testament to the vision of IntelliCasa, not only installing smart systems for residential projects but also moving it into the commercial sector.
Our challenge was to provide the needs of the CEO with a highly secure networking infrastructure for their new London headquarters and dispersed workforce. The client required a global smart offices - simple, easy to use cost efficient system covering video conferencing, audio and video, lighting, shades, heating and cooling access and control.
Working alongside the client’s IT team, Intellicasa were able to design and implement a secure networking system providing a robust infrastructure to meet the needs of this business and be able to cope with any future expansion.
The global locations of this business, required a significant video conferencing capability. Intellicasa provided a sleek system that delivered Ultra HD images with studio quality 4K video; the camera automatically moves and adjusts to frame all participants in the room. Advanced modular audio to enhance voice clarity via background noise suppression and sensitive mic pods to offer serious sound quality.
The audio and video solution comprised of a high definition projector housed on an automatic lift and concealed within the ceiling, ready to be activated with the touch of a button. The audio delivery through Crestron in- ceiling speakers providing high performance impactful sound quality.

A unique all-in-one tabletop solution that supports a company-wide meeting in the auditorium. Sharing content with shareholders in the boardroom and stakeholders around the world. Complicated spaces with high expectations. Crestron Flex C-Series makes the complicated simple, giving you the essential components to build a fully customized video conferencing space, designed for your success.
By combining all the must-have conferencing and collaboration tools in one easy-to-use console, IntelliCasa enables people to work together regardless of location or conferencing application. With such design anyone at anytime can simply use Flex Technology to share content, presentations or any collaborative experience.
Moreover, for the meeting rooms, quiet motor technology shades were installed providing instant privacy with quick ultra-quiet operation. Using sensors the shades automatically adjust to the environment providing the correct level of shade from the sunlight. Colour matching capability allows this feature to seamlessly integrate into the design scheme.
The heating and cooling aspects were also fully integrated into one easy to use platform providing maximum control allowing the user to instantly adjust the climate for any part of the office.
The management of the Video Conferencing, Audio and Visual, Shades and Heating and cooling was fully integrated into a SMART Touch Panel that allowed the user to access and control all these elements at the touch of a button.
