Garden party LED Lighting
This exceptional house had gone through a major refurbishment in 2012 and a second one in 2019. During the first stage, the client decided it was the best time for him and his family to incorporate a smart home design to bring the house to the 21st century. The customer was highly satisfied with the home automation system put in place and came back in 2019 to ask IntelliCasa to extend and upgrade the system regarding smart outdoor lighting and audio solutions for the garden, the swimming pool and the surrounding areas.
The home automation system installed initially was Lutron Homeworks for lighting and roller blinds, System line controllers for the music distribution and TVs in over 13 areas along with touch panels to control the TV and music around the house in key locations. The games room can host over 30 people playing music using the ceiling speakers installed with the option to plug a DJ stand and have parties for their children when needed.
The external lighting design in the back garden has been designed, set up and installed by IntelliCasa in 2019 with the aim to create an RGB effect on the steps and swimming pool using LED tapes and controllers by Collingwood.
The latest upgrade in 2024 now has the LED tapes changing colour in time with the music to create an exceptional effect in the garden at night.
Inside, the amazing open plan living area has the highest level of acoustic speakers available, enhanced by sub-woofers. Whether listening to music or watching one of the two 75-inch TVs hung from the ceiling. There are a total of five surround sound rooms in this property such as the Master Bedroom suite and Guest suites. These two areas have high definition 4K projectors that drop from the ceiling when required.
Inside the house as well there has been Lutron Roller blinds installed in various places and specifically in the lounge where the floor to ceiling height windows and doors were better controlled with motorised blinds due to their inaccessibility.
